Grilled Fruits with Yoghurt

Who said desserts always have to be something you sacrifice. Enjoy this healthy and sweet dessert with maximum flavour and minimum calories.

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:                                      Quantity

Kaloree1                                            5-6 tablets (or according to taste)

Plums                                                1/2 kg

Peaches                                             1/2 kg

Olive oil                                             1 tablespoon

Yoghurt         (thick)                        6 tablespoons

Cinnamon                                          1/4 teaspoon

To Serve:

Individual bowls                                 1


  1. Cut the peaches and plums into halves.
  2. Heat the grill to 150 degrees C.
  3. Apply olive oil to the cut sides of the peaches and plums.
  4. Place the peaches and plums on the grilling tray with the cut side down.
  5. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes until the skin begins looking charred and the juices start oozing out.
  6. Remove from the grill.
  7. Place a piece of grilled plum and peach in each bowl.
  8. While still warm, add Kaloree1 on top according to taste.
  9. Garnish with a scoop of thick yoghurt and serve warm.
