Who said desserts always have to be something you sacrifice. Enjoy this healthy and sweet dessert with maximum flavour and minimum calories.
Makes 6 servings
Kaloree1 5-6 tablets (or according to taste)
Plums 1/2 kg
Peaches 1/2 kg
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Yoghurt (thick) 6 tablespoons
Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon
Individual bowls 1
- Cut the peaches and plums into halves.
- Heat the grill to 150 degrees C.
- Apply olive oil to the cut sides of the peaches and plums.
- Place the peaches and plums on the grilling tray with the cut side down.
- Grill for 3 to 5 minutes until the skin begins looking charred and the juices start oozing out.
- Remove from the grill.
- Place a piece of grilled plum and peach in each bowl.
- While still warm, add Kaloree1 on top according to taste.
- Garnish with a scoop of thick yoghurt and serve warm.
