Apple Muesli Smoothie Recipe

Apples are a versatile fruit. An apple is better at keeping you awake than a cup of tea or coffee. Combine it with muesli into a shake and you have a complete meal in a glass.


  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoon muesli
  • 150g yogurt
  • 150ml cold skimmed milk

Kaloree1 according to taste


  1. Peel, core and chop the apple into chunks.
  2. Grind the muesli in a grinder to a rough powder.
  3. In a blender, add the apples, muesli and yogurt and blend.
  4. Slowly add in the milk until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Add Kaloree1 according to taste.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
