Exercising for 30 minutes a day, at least five times a week will make a marked difference in your life, even if you have never exercised before. The key lies in choosing activities that you enjoy doing such as walking, aerobics, yoga, dance, running, lifting weights, etc. In fact, it is the best gift you can give yourself in 2019.

Stay Hydrated

70% of our body is made up of water which makes staying hydrated very important. Drinking water regularly improves your energy levels, digestion, cell regeneration, circulation, physical functioning as well as brain functioning to name a few things. It also assists with weight loss. Committing to drinking water and staying hydrated is one of the easiest adjustments you can make in your daily routine towards improving your health.

Fresh Air 

Clean, fresh air is the second elixir after water and another easy habit to incorporate into your daily routine. Just spending 20 minutes outdoors can give you more energy, reduces stress and depression, improve sleep and your overall health in general. Therefore, make time to spend with nature, to clear your mind and improve your mental and physical health.
