Apples are a versatile fruit. An apple is better at keeping you awake than a cup of tea or coffee. Combine it with muesli into a shake and you have a complete meal in a glass.
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoon muesli
- 150g yogurt
- 150ml cold skimmed milk
Kaloree1 according to taste
Instructions:
- Peel, core and chop the apple into chunks.
- Grind the muesli in a grinder to a rough powder.
- In a blender, add the apples, muesli and yogurt and blend.
- Slowly add in the milk until the desired consistency is reached.
- Add Kaloree1 according to taste.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
